Z t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f je 13 % v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch a mohou po\u0161kodit zdrav\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka. Navzdory \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00edm \u010d\u00edsl\u016fm se l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed jen nepatrn\u00fd zlomek z nich. V\u011bt\u0161ina se sna\u017e\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout nespavost vlastn\u00edmi silami v kvalitn\u00edm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stanex.cz\/\">lo\u017en\u00ed povle\u010den\u00ed<\/a> anebo, co\u017e je \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, se pokou\u0161ej\u00ed sv\u016fj probl\u00e9m ignorovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poruchy sp\u00e1nku se mohou projevovat r\u016fzn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdo t\u011b\u017eko us\u00edn\u00e1, jin\u00fd se bud\u00ed i n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t b\u011bhem noci, dal\u0161\u00ed je vzh\u016fru p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasn\u011b a u\u017e nezabere, p\u0159esto\u017ee by je\u0161t\u011b mohl sp\u00e1t. Obvykle je zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 p\u0159em\u00edrou stresu, n\u00e1sledkem probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 se vyroj\u00ed v pr\u00e1ci nebo doma. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e1 odezn\u00ed asi po dvou m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou b\u00fdv\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00e1 stresuj\u00edc\u00ed situace , nap\u0159\u00edklad z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 nemoc v rodin\u011b nebo t\u0159eba p\u00e9\u010de o novorozen\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chronick\u00e1 nespavost je su\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed a m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt zdravotn\u00ed n\u00e1sledky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trv\u00e1 i n\u011bkolik let a je velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 zjistit p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu. L\u00e9\u010den\u00ed chronick\u00e9 nespavosti je mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto se doporu\u010duje p\u0159i poruch\u00e1ch sp\u00e1nku p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm porada s l\u00e9ka\u0159em. Naj\u00edt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, kter\u00e1 poruchu sp\u00e1nku zp\u016fsobuje, je velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krom\u011b stresu, psychick\u00fdch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nebo psychick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami nespavosti, m\u016f\u017ee poruchy sp\u00e1nku zp\u016fsobovat i mnoho nemoc\u00ed a \u00faraz\u016f spojen\u00fdch s pobytem na l\u016f\u017eku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nespavost tak\u00e9 \u010dasto souvis\u00ed s bolest\u00ed, s \u010dastou pot\u0159ebou mo\u010den\u00ed, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, s poruchami d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed nebo nedostatkem pohybu.
